Book 2 + 3 Underway!

Happy Sunday, everyone!

I thought I would share a little writing update!

If you didn't know, I have previously drafted out book 1-4 for "Inside the Gates of Darkness" series prior to the release of "The Fighter's Crystal." Well, I have finished the re-write of book 2! 😄 While it will be entering the editing phase soon, I am going back to book 3 and re-reading it, as well as edit/begin to make changes to book 3. Once that is done, I will jump back to book 2 and re-read it, begin editing it, and make changes/re-writes when necessary.

With that being said, I have a goal for both these books to come out in 2027. My HOPE is that Book 2 will come out sometime early in the year, and Book 3 will come out sometime in the fall/towards the end of the year. That is the goal, at least! (We shall see fi that comes true!)

Anyways, I also found this really cool art app called "Art Set 4" which may be my favorite art app right now! I've been sketching images with it and I've been having fun! I decided to attach a few images I drew on it based of the theme/vibes of book 2!

This picture above was one of the first sketches I made inside the app. I also ran to make this because it was the color/vibe I wanted book 2 to show and represent. Now, I wanted to re-write book 2 because I was, like, in my early 20's when I wrote it originally. There were some things I wanted to change, take out, and add into the book. But one major change was a setting location towards the end of the book (which this picture is your only hint of it right now!)

I also wanted to share another picture I drew when I was in the mood. It's also just another vibe of the book/series. 😄

I soooooo cannot wait for you guys to get your hands on these books in the future! In the meantime, book 1 is out already!
